Shipping

Delivery Options & Costs

We offer shipping to multiple destinations worldwide. Delivery costs are as follows:

  • UAE: 30 AED
  • GCC Countries: 90 AED
  • International: 100 - 200 AED

Customs and Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are payable by the customer. Handling charges may also apply. These fees are non-refundable once charged.

Delivery Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible:

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns for most items within 20 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and in their original condition.
  • Returned with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Important Notes:

  • Bodysuits and swimwear are non-returnable.
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Returns are processed within 48 hours of receiving the items. Refunds may take 7-20 days depending on your bank’s processing times. Alternatively, you can opt for a store voucher refund, which will be issued within 24 hours.

Return Fees: Applicable based on your location.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. Instead, you can return the item and place a new order.

Refunds

  • Items purchased with store vouchers will be refunded as store vouchers.
  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed promptly, but timing depends on your bank.
